Sponsor is responsible for providing giveaway item. Giveaway item must be approved by AMPP. Sponsor may choose to ship giveaway item to AMPP HQ by July 22, 2022, or sponsor can choose to bring to the exhibition for distribution.

Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policies:
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund or credit, less a 10% service fee of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. Paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing 59 to 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund or credit of 50% of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. If the conference is cancelled due to Federal, State, or local regulations, exhibitors will receive a full refund. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for AMPP Conferences.
